In 2017, while working as an OBM for a health coach, Audrey witnessed firsthand the overwhelm of a system-less launch. Tasks piled up, deadlines were missed, and the entire team felt lost and overwhelmed. Recognizing the chaos as a major obstacle to success, she was determined to find a better way.
Drawing on her diverse experience, Audrey crafted her signature Project Key Method. This innovative tool brought structure to the chaos, providing a clear roadmap for the launch process. Every task, deadline, and team member had a place, ensuring the launch unfolded seamlessly. Today, the Project Key Method has evolved into a powerful project management system, empowering teams to achieve their goals with clarity and confidence.
